MY STORY
I graduated from Indiana University in 2018 with a B.S. in Kinesiology and went on to get my M.B.A in Healthcare Management. In 2016, I started teaching fitness at our University’s Rec center and have not stopped since! I believe group fitness is the most fun, energetic, and positive way to connect people through movement!
Certifications: ACSM - CPT, AFAA - GFI, Balanced Body - Pilates Reformer, Chair, Ladder/Barrel, Water In Motion, SPIN U Cycling, Precor Queenax Small Group Training, FMS
My background in fitness started with gymnastics, which allowed me to start learning at a young age about my body and how it can move. After gymnastics, I started playing other sports including volleyball, basketball, softball, and track. My real passion came when I auditioned for a musical theater production at a community theater. I fell in love with dance, singing, and acting. I pursued musical theater most of my life and still continue to teach dance, choreograph, and have performed in over 50 musical productions! Performing has aided me in my fitness instructing career.
You can catch me teaching at local fitness centers and also with Johnson Health Tech on their digital platform. #JohnsonDigital.
